2023 SWFL Parade of Homes
The Southwest Florida Parade of Homes™ is a showcase of new homes produced by the National Association of Home Builders local, and the Charlotte DeSoto Building Industry Association. This annual event is open to all builders in the community to showcase model homes the offer the most innovative styles and designs. The Parade of Homes will be held March 4th-12th, 2023. We are pleased to present an amazing lineup of 16 new home models this year for our community to tour over the course of 9 days in March. There will be something for everyone in every corner of Charlotte County. From lifestyle amenity living at Babcock Ranch in southern Charlotte County, to a centrally located home in Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte, or perhaps something close to the beaches in West County’s Placida. We have something exciting to show you everywhere! There are 18 homes available online for you to tour.
Please experience the tour in any manner you wish. All homes will be open from 10-5 daily, Monday through Saturday, and 12-5 Sundays. If you are ambitious, you may choose to see them all in one day, or feel free to break up your tour into parts and enjoy them over several days. This incredible event is available to you free of charge.
If you prefer to visit homes virtually, there will be 18 homes available for you to view virtually.
