Jason Rubin BIO

Jason Rubin is the Managing Director (Chief Operating Officer) for J Gregory PEO LLC. He is responsible for new business growth of the company and initial risk evaluation for new clients.  In addition to his responsibilities at J Gregory PEO, Mr. Rubin is also a managing partner at J Gregory Group Insurance Services.

In his roles as a managing partner his duties include management of the business development teams, marketing, and implementation of organic growth strategies.  Jason’s insurance career began at Brown and Brown Insurance in 2006 where he worked as a commercial lines producer; he focused on middle-market commercial accounts defined as clients with a minimum of $35,000 in annual premiums.  Jason received all applicable property and casualty insurance training from sales leaders at Brown and Brown including attending the Brown and Brown Insurance University at the Maitland, Florida office.

Prior to his insurance and HR career, Jason was a managing partner of Pinnacle Lawn and Landscape Services, Inc.  Pinnacle was a family business that Jason joined after returning home from his time in the United States Air Force.  While at Pinnacle, Jason grew the business from $600,000 in annual revenue to over $2,000,000 in less than five years.  Under Mr. Rubin’s leadership, Pinnacle became one of the largest and most respected landscape and maintenance services companies in Charlotte and Sarasota counties.

Jason is a resident of Charlotte County where he can proudly say he was born and raised. Jason is an active member of the Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry Association and the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce. Jason completed his B.S. in Environmental Sciences and his A.A. in Integrated Avionics Technology while serving active duty in the United States Air Force.
