Decker Plumbing & Drains is the 2024 CDBIA Subcontractor of the Year.

Brian and BillieJo Decker joined the CDBIA and instantly found their home. BillieJo is a part of the NextGen Council and CDBIA Professional Women in Building. Both BillieJo and Brian have helped mentoring students in the high schools. Right before Hurricane Helene hit our community, BillieJo was at the CDBIA home and called her team to come take care of broken gutter pipe that was causing damage.
