Jess Overcash is the 2024 CDBIA Young Professional of the Year.

This young professional lights up the room, literally!

In 2020, this member came to their first CDBIA general membership meeting with their dad and immediately wanted to find ways to get involved.

In 2021 she became president of her company and was impactful getting the Next Gen and Professional Women in Building growing.

She has helped organize fun events within our next gen council and accepted a position this year on the National Association of Home Builders Young Professional Board.
