To our valued customers and friends:

In these unique times, as we are all being impacted by the global crisis of COVID-19, our focus remains steadfast on the health and safety of our customers, our communities, and our family of employees.  We are dedicated to serving you, and we will continue to be here as your trusted advisor.

Based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we have begun to make temporary adjustments to the way we are conducting business:

  • Effective Monday, March 23, we will be transitioning our branch lobby operations to the drive-thru. (For locations without a drive-thru, please call for an appointment.) Click here for a complete list of our locations and hours. Our intent is to ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers. Our drive-thru staff will be available to handle most requests.
  • Our ATMs will continue to operate 24/7 as normal.
  • Online and mobile banking are at your fingertips anytime, anywhere. If you are not already using online or mobile banking, we encourage you to contact us at 941-624-5400, or feel free to review your options here.
  • Our team of Lenders, Retail Banking Officers, Personal Bankers and Trust Officers will be available by appointment should you have loan or more advanced banking concerns that may be better suited for an in-person discussion. This includes access to your safe deposit box. Please reach out to make an appointment that fits your needs.
  • You may also contact our Customer Care team at 941-624-5400 , Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. – Noon.

We are in a fluid, changing environment, with new information and new guidance coming out continually. With this in mind, we may need to adjust how we are serving you in the days ahead, such as increasing our drive-thru hours or adjusting staffing. Our goals are to remain flexible, to provide premier service to our valued customers, and protect the health and safety of our employees and communities.
